Who did the makeup? I think it's just a tad strong for photography.
When I did Seniors, they tended to be a little heavy handed. I made a deal with the makeup department at the local department store. They knew how I liked the makeup and would do a free session before the photo shoot. They showed girls what worked for them and ended up selling a lot of makeup. I ended up with better portraits that increased sales.
