Just finished off a wonderful week-long trip through the Canadian Rockies. Conditions were about as good as you could get - lots of ice bubbles, cracked ice and atmosphere in the mountains. A great time for a first visit. Now I have to figure out when to go back!
Last one is definitely the winner from a really good set. Most amazing bubbles I've seen. When to go back? Spring, summer, fall...there is no wrong answer.
Great shots! Two and Three are my favorites, with number 3 not far behind. Makes me want to go visit! To my eye, the mountains and sky in number one are looking like there's just a touch too much clarity applied, or maybe too much sharpening? Could just be me though.

Craig;
Thanks for the input on the sky/mountains in #1. I wonder if I picked the wrong file to re-size for posting (not the first time). I'll check when I get back to the office.
Absolutely superb set. I cannot pick a favorite from these. If pressed it would be the last one but not by much. Wonderful usage of different ice textures and features.
