Hello,
Tessa was acting restless, so i decided to bring her out in the woods behind our yard and let her run around. The lighting was good, so i lugged my trusty old Nikon D700 and 70-200 VR2 along...

Lovely animal!
And does she bark with a brogue?
Years ago, nearly 70 of them, I would visit my cousin's home who happened to live
on a street with a group of kids all about eight, nine ten or so years old.
One of my cousin's neighbors had an Irish Setter, and she was just like one of us
children, playing and running with us! What happy times. Had not thought of that
for quite a time, until I saw Tessa's photos.

Really nice I think the photos are a touch light, I would like to see the red richer/darker

Thank you for the C&C, i agree it may have been tiny touch too light, but that was just me pushing the med's just a little too much to compensate for the bright background and slightly darker screen. Ive had comment the other way that i was a touch to dark previously on other photos. I redid them and darkened them just a tad and i think your right, her color looks better now and it is as rich and saturated as she is! She is a finish champion and retired already in the show ring and also has one hell of a nose for birds!

Thank you! She is extremely bright, easily the smartest dog i have ever had. She know about 10 verbal commands, then hand signals for 8 of those, and then 4 commands using beeps on a color if she is going long range and she cant hear me call anymore... I almost never use this anymore though because she stays within 25 yards...
I think its amazing how smart some dogs can be sometimes! I got very lucky with this one

Sir... You have one very, very precious furry friend! But I I'm guessing you know that or you wouldn't be making such beautiful photos of her.
And thanks much for sharing the joy here!
