It might be improved a little by bringing down the highlights slightly on her forehead, just above her eyes, and on the upper part of her nose, and maybe her lips.

OP, glowhunter is right - but - the bulge can be liquified/cloned, blacks can be lifted and the tag removed. What kind of image would you have then? I'm curious...

I know I'm being super picky but I love receiving harsh, nit picky critique. I've learned so much for other people tearing my work apart. A "good job!" or "awesome photo!" etc doesn't help anyone improve IMO.
