Very nice. It may be just me, but it looks like the horizon is tilted ever so slightly to the right.

Very Nice. 10 years ago I did a long distance commute to work in the Desert for about a two year period. During that time I drove down to the Salton Sea only once. I would have gone more if I knew it could look this good. Thank-you for posting

You were in the perfect spot at the perfect time.

Did you revisit this location a lot to find the right spot and time, Ansel Adamns style? Was this done with an ultra strong ND like a big stopper? Is this an old image or are you still shooting with the 17-35? I am jealous mine was destroyed in a basketball sideline collision.

thank you Lee Saxon, I come here to shoot birds but know this is the place for landscape too, I use 3 stop GND and 3 stop ND for this shot, this is a old picture and I still using 17-35mm lens until now, very good lens but very old and too much for $2000 now.

imo, a bit too much fg.

otherwise, a well-compose image with nice yellow gradient of the setting sun. :-)
