I had to adjust Zeiss ZM 25/2.8 by removing 2 shims. Nothing for 35mm FLE, 35mm ZM Distagon, Zeiss zm 28/2.8, c/y 28mm 2.8. I used techart pro. Very convenience but I cannot mount the camera to a tripod with this adapter. The c/y requires 2 adapters: c/y to lm and TCP adapters. Not so sure about the 21mm SEM as it is very close to infinity and dof is so large.
ZM 25 I removed 2 shims from the front and 1 on the rear. ZM 35 I took two out left 1 gold shim in. I'm using the Hawk adapter on the 35 and a Fotosy adapter on the 25 but both lenses will hit the infinity hard stop. ZM 85 can use both also.
As far as using the TAP and a L bracket. I used rubber pads between the bottom of L bracket to give enough space between camera bottom and lower plate so it worked on a tripod with no interference but I'm no longer using the TAP right now. Decided to wait for a upgraded version or another brand if either of them come out with something a little better concept. I also noticed why my Hoya was soft on one side when testing the spring that retain it was off. I redone this anyway with a new filter rig with a screw down retaining ring so I'll test again against the Proxar 1m. I knew something was off. I do think the Hoya is better but I want to be sure.
On ZM 25, I removed 3 shims from the front so that it can reach infinitely on TAP and also a unknown brand adaptor. Good to know that, for TAP, nothing need to be remove for 35mm FLE and ZM 35 Distagon. Think I will order the 5m lens to try out.
@teeraash, do you mean you also use a front-end filter on c/y 28mm 2.8? What lens is that? I also have this c/y 28mm.
Just wondering about any info on installing the Leica ElPro 3 like getting the retaining ring out and proper procedure. I'm just waiting on Fed X to deliver mine
Lets start with the infinity stuff first. This is with and without lens at 1.4 and F4 which gives us a great idea of the improvement. ZM 35mm with OptimaSigma .5 lens

Ill work on Big Bronco now. Ill just do 1.4 with and without than move on to just with it on left and center
Would really appreciate if you could include midframe.
Again I say the range is 2 to 3 stop improvement. On more wide open shots it seems like 3 . This F4 with lens looks a lot like F6.7 without lens which both Fred and I agreed on when we tested this lens before this new revelation started. As far as I'm concerned it's not coming off the lens. I'll be in NY next week shooting the city with both the ZM 25 and ZM 35 not to mention my CV 12 and ZM 85. So hopefully I can get some nice shots to post as this testing is boring me to tears.
This pretty much confirms what I see with my tests.
IMO, the 35/1.4 ZM + PCX is now optimal at f/4 and there is also a big advantage: You no longer have to focus at mid-field are to account for the induced field curvature.
Thanks for having uploaded these.
With Big Bronco I can see the same thing I noticed in my close range shots:
Corners/borders are much better than midframe wide open.
The behaviour is also very symmetrical, so I don't think this is an alignment issue.
By f/4 everything is pretty perfect, no questions on that one.

Regarding infinity I tend to agree, but talking about other distances: I am not so sure yet.
Yea I agree at F4 it's just so dang good. So really in effect here is we went from F6.7 without lens to really F4. Let's call it 5.6 as perfect can't get any better than that. For a .5m adjustment that's pretty dang good. On the 25 it's a 1m adjustment
I'm also not settled in on the lens mount. In these I have 49 thin ring than 49-55 than 55-52 step down with 52 retaining ring. I'm hoping the Leica ElPro 3 gets the lens closer to the front element and not known yet that could help or not. I can't imagine it getting worse.

I tried a few different setups with the filter closer and also farther away from the front lens and did not manage to see a difference in image quality between these.
