Thanks all for the feedback.
Little story behind the 1st image. It was taken a few years ago in mid September. I got up quite early as there was a heavy fog and I had about an hour drive to this spot. The roads were very slippery as the temperature was hovering around freezing and the fog was getting icy. Came around a corner and this big hulk of an animal appeared from the thick fog. Slammed on the brakes, skidded all over and just missed the animal. Turns out it was a big moose, just slowly wandering down the road. It looked at me, I had to go around it to continue down the road.
When I got to this location, it was just starting to turn light, but was heavy in fog. As the sun came over the mountain tops, the fog started to quickly disappear revealing the lake. I ran down to the shore, setup my camera and waited for some nice light. Just as I was about to take a shot, a beaver swims through the pond and ruins the reflection. I throw a rock into the pond to scare the beaver and as things calm down again...here comes that beaver again. This went on for about 10 minutes until the beaver decided to do something else.
Anyways, I love meeting up with wildlife when out taking landscapes. It just adds to the great experience out in the wilderness.
