I can’t put into words the excitement I am having photographing 📷 my ruby-throated hummingbirds the past four weeks. They are here so often throughout each day.
They put on such a show moving so fast on a perch. Poses I have never seen before
Put on your sun hat 👒🎩 and garden clogs to enjoy a stroll through my 🌸 garden

August 1st through August 5th has been the best hummer shooting I have ever experienced with the ruby-throated hummingbirds being perched for so many long periods of time doing so many unique poses that I have never seen before in pictures.
All I can say for this 2016 hummingbird season is YIPPEE!
Fantastic BB !!! You have some absolutely marvelous poses. I just love the scratching my head and sleeping on the head , so unique. You must be having a ball with them.
BB, you caught some marvelous poses of these little beauties. Wish I had even a fraction of your skill to capture some of the little ones around my place now.
