Nice shots of Kahlyn. Very pretty young lady!
Thank you. She is my niece so you may be seeing more of her here as she is a great model for me.

She's back now so there's gonna be a lot more images coming!
Oh, so you're saying the slowness of this thread was because of you and your lens absence? I'm working on getting my photography business up and going so there's going to be a lot more activity ffrom me as well
Had a fun maternity shoot at the beach yesterday, and took most of the shots with the 105. Here are two quick frames I just edited. Once I complete the processing, I will probably post more here, and/or maybe in the Peoples forum.
After comparing the 105 my friends Sigma 135, then buying the Tamron 70-200 G2, using a friends Nikon 70-200. I can say this is still my favorite lens. I almost sold it for the Sigma 135, then the Tamron or Nikon 70-200. But after doing comparisons I still like the 105 better. The color and rendering is just special and looks a little better to me. The other lenses AF is a little better though IMO. But the photos just overall look better on the 105. I think it's going to stay my primary portrait lens until Nikon comes out with a new 135 or 200....
