Good thing James Watt was not able to sell it off.

BTW, all of molecular genetics is based on using a bacteria that was unknown until it was found in a hot springs in Yellowstone. That is a multi-trillion dollar industry that has already produced many medicines and decoded the human genome.

You saw a huge variety of animals and many appear to be full frame. When I was there a year ago getting close to any wildlife was HIGHLY frowned upon.

How long were you there and did you get special privileges to get so close or did you just go for it?

Where are you staying? I just drove around, but i have a friend who is a ranger there and they would give me a heads up on animal activity.

Some times it was just learning the pattern of the animals as they explore similar areas every day at a certain time.

Some of it is luck...

I have a ton of other great photos i haven't posted yet..
