For some reason I hadn't seen these follow up comments til now. Thanks everyone for the very nice words. I really need to work on my noise reduction skills. Also considering going back again sooner than later.
Very nice compositions and location - love the volcano glow. Do you have a faster lens? On my A7rII I shoot my 14mm at 2.8, 25 sec., either 3200 or a bit above. There is still some noise of course, but ACR can take care of it no problem.
I'm afraid your watermark is way too much for me though, ruins the appreciation of the beautiful shots.

Thanks Jim. I have a Nikon 20mm f/1.8g and 24/1.4g but the 20 produces too much coma and the 24 is not wide enough. Just starting this adventure so haven't figured out the best lens, aperture, ss, iso combo as yet.
I link photos from my site and the watermark is included site wide. This is a necessity because many of my images have been used without my permission far too frequently. Sorry it ruins your experience but imagine my situation when I find one of my images used as a header on a website or on flyer to promote an event or someone claiming it as their own and so on.
