Loving the Nikkor 180 2.8 ED AI-S, although it's going to take some getting used to the very long focus travel.

Lovely shot. Next time, try copying the BBC code. The image will appear instead of the link.
The 180 Nikkor was one of my favorites when I shot with Nikon. But I ended up getting rid of it due to size with the Fujis.

Leighton,
Enquiring minds would like to know:
As I recall when you used the D600 you set this lens up as a 50mm in the Non-CPU lens data menu.
What focal length do you enter in the X-T2 mount adapter setting menu, 50mm or as an equivalent APS-C 75mm?
Jack

I have it set to 50mm. But it really doesn't matter much as it doesn't work the same as the Nikon non-cpu system does.

XT1 and the Velvet 56. The Amedeo adapter to fit the Sonnar to the Fuji should be here tomorrow. I've been looking for one for several years and it popped up a few days ago.

It's not good weather for doing anything outside so I'm playing around with the Lensbaby Velvet 56.
The first picture is at F2 and the second at F11. The lens focuses 1:2 and I'd guess that this is probably at about 1:5. The contrast increases as the aperture decreases.

I use the Amedeo adapter with my Nikkor S glass (internal bayonet 5cm and external bayonet 3.5cm and 8.5cm) on the X-Pro2. I went with the Nikon S to Leica M version and mate it with the Fuji M adapter. The Amedeo is the best made adapter I have seen. Outstanding quality.
One note... The Nikkor S 3.5cm f/1.8 will not mount. The rear diameter of the 1.8 is too big to fit due to the internal helical of the adapter. At least that is my experience.

Murph & Sable taken with the X-E1 and Canon FD 100-200 5.6, at 200mm @ 5.6 I'm not crazy about the Velvia Vivid. A little too much contrast for my taste...
