This is very nice. The San Juan's are my favorite area in Colorado and I shoot it several times a year. I really like the way you composed this, and the way you worked the light in it.
Kane, you've got a gorgeous scene and what I believe was some gorgeous light. As it is, the shot has a really nice painterly feel.
Since you've asked for suggestions, I'll give you my humble opinion: I think the processing is a little flat. Some of the drama of that light is still locked away in the file. If you look at the foreground (which appears to be in shadow compared to the light that is strafing the tips of the hills), it just looks and feels a little flat compared to those hilltops. If it were mine, I would darken some of the ground that's in the shadows (like the red hillside in the middle and on the right, the little beige valley in the middle of the frame, and the earth beneath the trees at the bottom of the frame). Just by darkening those elements, you'll really make the colors stand out more. I would probably also increase the contrast in those midtones. I think with those two small tweaks, the image would just shine.
In terms of composition, I love it. I'd print it big!
Bigger would be better. Then some dodging (front middle, center, front left) and burning (upper left). I prefer the 2:3 ratio, but here i wouldn't like cutting anything from left to right
