The first shot has all the water spray across the frame which is a bit distracting. The second shot really nailed it perfectly and I love the lighting on the eye - can't do any better than that. If making a print the second image is the one I would use.
Best example I can recall where a high fps was truly beneficial in having multiple image files to choose from for the final "print".
It also shows the potential of what can be found in ones own backyard without traveling to remote locations. Being able to spend more time at a local spot can pay off as it has with your excellent images.
