The fact that she is at an angle really adds a nice touch to the composition. The new lens obviously did its job of isolating your subject.

LOVE the shot and B/W conversion. The angled composition really adds to it EXCEPT for the trees in the background also being angled. Would LOVE it more if there was a hill providing the angle instead camera tilt. But hey, you work with what you've got, right?
Seriously though, great shot and processing!

@Kohala Thank you for the nice comment. 500th, f 2.4,, iso 200, and the Rotolight Neo brought up for fill at I think it was 40%.

Very nicely done and works very well in B&W. I don't think a color version would be as appealing (to me).

The b&w was a perfect choice for this pic. Did you set out to make a b&w pic (i.e clothes choice, location, etc) or did you make the decision later? Lovely composition and model. I particularly like the way she spells her name, Shelbi. I've never seen it spelled that way.

@Ipanematom Thank you so much! @bbelljr I absolutely love B&W, but the B&W was not planned. I do use the LCD to look at the world in B&W alot though.
