Geoff... Is having 3 young unusual I've never had the chance of a birds eye view into an Eagles nest, but from photos, generally seems like 2 is the norm?
It seems as though the vast majority of migratory spring songbirds showed up yesterday. Several baltimore orioles, rose-breasted grosbeaks, brown thrashers, ruby-throated hummingbirds, and indigo buntings all made an appearance in my backyard.
They are only gulls but I had fun. FYI. I was on another site and was told me you can't shoot faster birds with factory settings. These and the others BIF shots I just posted are Case 1, 1st and 2nd priority set to equal. I used 4 point expansion. I was shooing in 8 FPS and have good burst sequences.
