I definitely prefer the 2nd set of photos! I like the poses much better; more solemn and less defiant. I like the lighting better, too, though I would have liked a little more twinkle in her eyes. Nicely done!
I think these are all fantastic. The only thing I'd do is clone out the few stray hairs on the first two taken on the day of the event. You should be proud of your daughter and your work on these.
