I think the female hooded merganser is better hunter than the male, she got 3 crayfish in 10 minutes while the male got only 1

WOW... These are super cool!!!

I got some shots a couple weeks ago of a female eating tiny Pacific crab, but was at dusk and pretty sketchy... your images are awesome!
