Thank you! Used the 20mm F1.8G for nikon. This was part of a stitched panorama that I cropped in a bit tighter. No polarizer or filters used partially because on my way to get out into the river I fell and my lens/camera dunked into the snow. Polarizer was all wet and didn't have a lens cloth with me (in bag back on the shore. Removed polarizer and shot bare.
Ok, good to know, and i honestly won't use polarizer mostly in this kind of shots anyway.
The comp is solid, but nothing groudbreaking. That sky, however, is nuclear and really makes this one sing! Kudos to you for watching the weather and recognizing that a good sunrise was likely AND for braving such frigid conditions to get it. Nice work.
