Love the shot. One little critique. Right under her lower lip left side is a small pimple. Maybe heal that out? Once I noticed it my eyes go straight for it every time.

+1. All I want to do is pop that little whitehead.
Beautiful image with eyes nice and clear. It does not feel over processed. Love the freckles and would not change that but might want a little less micro-detail/clarity moving away from the eyes (mouth, wrists). A little dreamier.
Very nice image. Would like to see a bit more light in her right eye, just a tad. Also, the dark lines over her fingers, where they are bent, mystify me. As does the vertical thin line over her left hand. Retouching?
The hands are lighter/brighter than the rest of her skin. That's likely due to being a bit closer to the light source. Maybe darken her hands just a little to compensate.
I hope I don't offend anyone...but I took the liberty to get rid of the white head.....such an easy thing to do....did it on my iPad in Snapseed (by Google). I tried to do it in Lightroom for iPad and I just didn't have the control. Got much better results with Snapseed. Really disappointing that the Adobe product couldn't do what the free Google product could.
I must be asleep because I did not notice the blemish and, when alerted to it, could not care less. What I really like here, besides the appealing subject, is the excellent color palette. I love the way the dark greens in the background complement her red hair and reddish skin tones (and marvelous freckles). The blue eyes are perfectly presented--no tension in her gaze--and the light pink of her lips shows how naturally pretty she is (no or very limited makeup). My first thought was hesitation at the crop and I am not typically a fan of cropped hands about the face but the image dissolved those issues. My only problem: why just one?
