The severe drought in California, there was a significant reduction in White-tailed Kites. We could easily loose this bird as an Orange County resident in the near future. They are now are rare in ScCal

Thanks Carol - These kites are hard to find in SoCal lately - I may check the Central Valley - They are there at a certain time?
