Well seen Doc! I like the toning you've chosen for this. I might have also played with the crop to widen a bit beyond the window frame especially if the siding shows as much weathering as the frame.

Corey, Thank you for your comments. For processing I used mostly Nik (now Google) software: Silver Efex (for B&W / sepia conversion), Color Efex (vignetting); Viveza (skin softening, selective brightening, and selective focus); and CS6 for cleaning up (a little spot healing) .
it definitely has the proper feel. i'm not usually a fan of sepia but for some reason it really works here. I like the crop you chose too based on the original I saw.
