Another great image Jim! I think Steve mentioned the tufts of grass and I have to agree, they lend a nice foreground to this shot.

Nice picture - reflection and composition.

There is nothing better than a family trip where you can head out for sunrise and be home for family.

I need to visit Teton's. I always stopped at Yellowstone because my daughter was in Montana State. But now I can head either further south.

Well done on the image Jim. Really enjoy the comp and light in this one. Family time and landscape photography -- getting them to work together is a great combo.

Hey Scott,

Thanks so much. Yeah, as you know it's great when the kids grow up enjoying both the outdoors and the love of photography. So when I slipped out of the tent while it was still dark and everyone was sleeping, there was no complaints later. As the grandkids get a little older there will be times when they will slip out with me to experience and shoot the sunrise. But for now, I shoot and then get back about the time they are waking up. So it's still a fun - fun proposition.

And yeah, Yellowstone is really cool, but the Tetons add a whole other set of scenery to shoot for you.
