I had some time to kill on my to White Pocket earlier this year and decided to just wander about south of Page Arizona to see what catches my eye. I guess skipping the "big" sights can sometimes pay off. Of course it also helps that northern Arizona is awesome and you can pretty much throw a rock and hit something beautiful. Enjoy!!
That is one fantastic light and clouds. What a show! Great capture.
I'm wondering if the image is too warm a little, especially the lower part. It is personal preference but I would try to play with the wight balance a little. Just my opinion not a critique.

Appreciate the comment! And I totally get what you're saying...I'll see if I can cool down the mids a bit on the foreground to see how that looks.

Great image. I like it.
For me, that lone little tree against the sky really adds to the shot.

The tree is what actually initially caught my eye when I was scouting the area and was happy to find some additional interest with the dead tree, etc. Appreciate the comment!
Nice capture! I can understand some of the warmth and white balance comments however I also know first hand how warm toned the sand and rocks appear in this area and like how your image conveys that, be careful not to take too much of that essence out.
Yep, your comments on northern Arizona are right on Glad you strayed from the beaten path to find this image.
