My Full Flower Garden View with Ruby & Friends -- (17)
Hi PhotoFriends,
I have missed you all.
I haven’t put up a post in a long time.
I have been so busy with my new Shih Tzu puppy. He is now seven months old.
He is such a joy. I spend a lot of time photographing and grooming him as well as making him pretty top knot’s every morning. It’s also a busy time of year nurturing all my perennials.
My hummers finally arrived. I started photographing them yesterday, July 5th.
I was so excited today to see a full-throated male hummer sipping my red salvia.
I have never seen an adult male in the Summer in my garden.
I have only seen one the last couple of years in early May but that’s it.
Prior to that never seen an adult male hummer.
So I hope he stays around so I can get practice on photographing him!
What a treat it was to see him! I only got one photo of him today, which I will cherish!

Carolina Wren
It has a nest in my red pentas flower pot. The parents come out and sing taking breaks from taking care of their hatchlings.
Would be cool if I get some photos of the babies!

My yearly early summer photo of my beloved flower garden from a distance.
Fourteen years ago, there were no flowers and no flowerbeds.
I started doing some planting then I kept adding and decided I will make it into my colorful painting! So this is what my vision saw and then created! My garden critters love it!

Hi BB:
I believe your first 6 photos are of a juvi male. #5 & 6 are sweet. Your house wren looks very good.
Your puppy pics are great especially the last three. You went out of your way to get the ball in the shot. I like that.
You might consider what is called in the sports forum, the frozen ball shot where the ball is in focus and everything else is not. Might be fun to play with.
