So I head to FM, click on the N&W forum link, I see the 5 small images across the top and spot in a heartbeat one that stands out and I say, 'I bet that is a Schlaf shot'
Yep and I'm delightfully treated to see the set Chris!
#1 I was wondering how you didm;t spoof off the turtles or the Wood Duck, I see you had plenty of reach so you could keep a little distance Well, it was worth it as this shot is amazing. Great harmony here in patterns and colors on the subject and such a wonderful for and aft area that simply 'presents' the subjects in a powerful yet peaceful way................It's all good here
#2 She's a real beauty in that light, you have a way in making the non traditional comps works so well.
#3 Great character, maybe even royal
#4 A real favorite for me. Exposure, background and pose are simply stunning. One little nit on this one for me is equal distance front and rear of subject, this one I would love to see just a bit more lead in front.
#5 Crazy cool capture! Comp is great.
#6 Flat out a drop dead sweet shot! Love the light and the BG here.
#7 Sinister
#8 You amaze me on how you handle the light and in presentation, stunning to say the least.
#9 Pristine whites in the depths of that black and blue are very powerful, great capture.
#10 Ooops, two sensor spots lower far left just above waterline............Almost a perfect set .........I'm glad you posted one going in this direction
You again get my Feature Thread Vote, simply outstanding and a true dedication to photographic art

Wonderful work. Love the action you've captured in 5 and 6. And 1 is especially rich in that remarkable platinum-film quality you have a unique ability to capture in color photos.
