Matt - you nailed this one! The processing does indeed look extremely natural. Great job on accomplishing that ... it's not easy with a shot like this. My favorite part is the way the canyon walls are picking up the blue sky light. It creates such depth and contrast to the warm sandstone. Very nice!
I love this. It's so great when you're happy with the result from so much effort. I think the current crop is great. The peaks add a lot and give a final sort of resting place for my eyes. That water is just amazing.
June can't get here soon enough for me. Planning a small hike to the region, but 5 miles with kids in tow.... They might make it back alone! Good shooting, and remarkable processing.

My kids ( 15 and 17, and wife ) did the hike with me. They actually fared better than I did!
IMO, active kids as young as 12 could do the hike, as long as they know it's a several hour - 9 mile affair.
Bring lots of water and carbs.
