Eleven months and 19 days ago, I was in Botswana. And with Eric posting so many great shots from there, it has brought back memories. It is sure hard to beat that place for anyone who likes the wild things:
Agree on missing Africa! Love all your shots especially the LB Roller although I would have cropped off the left side of the photo just left of his tail. Seems it would put more focus on the bird without the distraction of the limb(s)
If I had know what it would take to get you to process some damn shots....it's about time...and worth the effort H...lots going on in that series...some sweet, a few end of life shots, some not really abstract but needing some real attention to decipher and then some simply gorgeous. Maybe you have one or two more to share

Terrific set Henrik. I seriously cannot pick favorites. They are all outstanding. I have been to Botswana once and was hoping again to go this year but the group(I was going with) fell apart. I think they were all got afraid of Ebola even though the closest Ebola case was thousands of miles away.
