The first day of spring brought some nice stormy weather to the Valley.
Pictured is storm rolling over Superstition Mountains as seen from Horseshoe Dam area.
The original is huge, what you see is severely reduced per forum guidelines.

Sasha, truly a gift when we are even there to see such a specular sight. Even more so to just capture it. You must have worked very quickly to get what you did.

Yup.... This is wow shot. Wow! I really like the light and drama in this pano.
I'd wrap my office wall with this puppy!

WOW!!! is correct. I totally agree that all the superlatives do apply. You did a terrific job. The mood that this photograph evokes is just unbelievable. Talk about Drama! Just curious, did you take any other shots? and if so how did they turn out? The Horseshoe Dam area has a lot of neat spots for interesting desert photogtaphy.
