Thanks for showing the original and final. The final is totally within the realm of realism, in some small way, but only through your excellent processing. It's abstract and surreal and out of this world. Very well done. Love the image man.

Thanks for the kind words Chris

My goodness this is a spectacular image. I love the processing you did. One of my favorites in some time. Cheers

IMHO post processing has changed photography like oil paints did to painting in the 14th and 15th century. Allowing painters to realize their vision even more so with the advent of enhanced saturation and depth as well as a much broader range of opacities and transparency. You should hear the criticisms Tempera painters ranted about oil back in the day! And acrylics? Don't get me started! The texturing and building of quick fast low vapor free art on any medium one so chooses... sounds in league with HDR ! ( ok, bad comparison )

I feel empowered with the current tools at our disposal. The ability to create and convey, to story tell, to share our vision has never been better...

Nice but a bit surreal. I know the colors are not that exaggerated. A bit over the top I think.

Of course it's art and you can do whatever you want (just one perspective.)

You've made an incredible image. Thanks very much for showing the original along with the final version. I allows everyone to make up their own mind as to what you have achieved, and what can be achieved!
