I really like this shot, Ian - particularly the restrained (if any) skin processing. She's charming and you captured her in an elegant and truthful fashion. I love her strong yet feminine features and your lighting does them justice.
You didn't ask for critique but...
I'm very comfortable with imperfections and maybe this was intentional, but the fake eyelashes do jump out. I'd have been tempted to clone out (what appears to be) the eyelash "seam" on her left eye and perhaps even add a softer beginning and end to the lashes on her right eye.
Top left, there's a remnant of some vertical element that once I noticed it, became distracting - mostly because I don't know what it is. Bottom right, I do like the way the dark triangle completes the framing, but with crops like this I'm always curious as to how the composition would work if I let her skin fill the bottom/right edges.
In any case, I enjoyed this image as-is very much. Thanks for sharing.
Chuck
Edit - good call out, Jim. I didn't initially see that.
I like this one Ian. Nice expression and it looks peaceful.
As a nit I'd say the size of the left arm is a bit too large in the frame. Being closer to the lens it's also brighter, so it gets more attention than her face.
im not sold on pose though. Her right arm should not be in frame at all. Normally your head rest on one arm and other arm points down. The pose as you have it is not very natural. im looking forward to see what others think about it, maybe im completely wrong
