And out of the blue erupted this Merganser!

I just wanted to say hello to all and say that I do check in and look around

My new rekindled hobby, target shooting (pistol), reloading and learning some basic revolver gunsmith work has sucked me in. You know I like to 'tinker' and there is lots to learn and I can't leave well enough alone

This would be my first post in a long time and the first of the year, ohhh gosh I'm ashamed

Best to everyone and hang in there I here Spring isn't too far away

Congrats on the new hobby....where's the after photo of the merganser riveted with
bullet holes....oh, you mean stationary target with bulls eyes and such and not wee birds. I tried sporting clays once last year....ashamed to say, no clays were harmed....at least not very many. My daughter, on the other hand, wiped out a whole flock of clay pigeons.

Karl, Great image and know how easy it is to drift away,

I hope you get a bang out of your new hobby Karl. Remember - you can reload, "smith", and tinker after dark when there isn't any light for the other kind of shooting.

I'm glad you decided to visit, and sincerely hope you continue here. A ton of people will miss you, so do stop by as often as possible.
