Scott, I guess I'm having a language issue. I can't understand the meaning behind your words. Sorry, my English is not perfect...
Sandra, I hope this helps:
"Ich glaube diese abbildung ist einfach übertrieben, aber nicht in einem schlechen zusammenhang. Wenn du dich eigentlich hin setzt und dir die abbildung fuer ne weile anschaust wirst du erkennen was Ich meine."

Wow Scott, is this your work or auntie Googles translator? It seems to good for being the
latter
Thank you for the translation! I'm still unsure: If a pic is over the top than this is bad, but your next sentence is... not in a bad way. I guess mother nature quite exaggerated this sunrise...
I have lurked here for over 10 years, and joined in 2010 in order to check on a buy/sell. I have posted
very little and don't think I have ever posted on the LS forum though I am here with my coffee every morning.
I just have to say, this is outstanding, and I think this is one of my favorite images I have seen posted her and there have been some outstanding ones! I have stood in that very spot, and I am sure if I had seen this display I would have just keeled over dead having completed any bucket list wish I could have ever dreamed of!!!
...Sandra, I had a friend translate it. "Over the top" is not necessarily a bad thing. It is a slang phase used like an adjective. Instead of "over the top" I could say "stunning", "surreal" or any number of words or phrases. I added the "not in a bad way" because the phrase "over the top" is often used when saying something negative about an image. But the phrase itself is not bad.

Now I understand. Thank you for your patience, Scott! I guess, this is "English for advanced - Level 2.5"

Thanks mjgphotoz! I think I realised very late what I have seen. I was so busy with shooting and looking that my thinking started rather late. Anyway, that was the most impressive lightshow that i've ever seen.
