A wonderful set to remember the past Tony. The second is my pick. I miss you having these wonderful opportunities and the constant super photos you produced of the hummers
Morris
Thanks, Morris. As you know, you have to make hay while the sun shines.

These are totally amazing, Tony. Not only is each image a winner, but to have such a productive series and with a variety of lenses!
The hummers by me are very skittish. I cannot get closer than 8-9 feet even with a busy feeder. How do you get them to come in so close and even by on a finger?
Scott
Thanks, Scott. The high number of hummers competing for food in such a concentrated area makes them bolder, and a having a sweet finger helps.

thanks for digging these up to post. Truly inspirational and very humbling. Your mastery of bird photography was clear many years ago, but you continue to post outstanding images. Thanks for sharing. Your work is one of the reasons FM is such an impressive gallery. And your love of the art and of the animals shows with every image.
Stuart
Thanks for the generous words, Stuart. Wish we got some of your sea otters down here. Are the bald eagles still up your way? Still very few around here.

What an exceptional set, Tony. Do the Anna's come to your water set-up? Thanks for the rehash. Not a rehash for me, haven't seen most of these.
Rex
Thanks, Rex. We had to move from a home on acreage to a townhouse in town, so no water set-up anymore. Get one or two Anna's coming to a feeder on our deck, that that is all now.
