One year ago my favorite subject, Olive, was killed by lions. Here are some shots, some new, some old none borrowed and hopefully none make you blue. She gave me many hours of wonderful shooting pleasure.

Oh my goodness, Eric. I tried to pick but as scrolling down to view, I scroll up again to compare. Then I quit picking. Excellent set of big cats, Eric. Just wonderful.

Super duper set of such a beautiful Leopard Eric. I can see why she had been a favorite. I would give detailed thoughts on each image and video but then again I'm an old man and might expire by the time I got to all of them

Thanks Herb....lions kill competitors like leopards, cheetahs and hyenas. They tend not to consume them unlike hyenas who will eat their victims. Oddly, a smarter lion, might allow the predator to kill the prey and them abscond with it but I guess no one has advised them this is a better strategy.

Thanks, she was quite the cat. Glad you liked them and I might have a couple more sitting around in the lower reaches of a hard drive or two....the better ones have been posted but then again even an average leopard shot is pretty good viewing.
