This is my favorite shot from Mt Rainier. Single shot processed separately for the sky, clouds and the foreground flowers. For the first time ever I used luminosity masking that I learned from my friend Ted Gore(member here) to process the image.

I'm not really a landscape photographer (mostly wildlife and sports), but I'm glad I saw this. Thanks for posting it, its absolutely spectacular.

I grew up in the area (Bremerton) and it was always a special occasion when got a clear view of Mt. Rainier. I'd pay money to hang this on on my wall (seriously).

From the light, the comp & of course the flowers in the foreground.
