I'm not one to blow smoke......... but that shot embodies what a Bald Eagle Is all about. Mechanically, it's perfect, but there's much more to it than focus, exposure, etc.

Congrats Ted Great to see and talk with you today even though we did not see any action its always a good time to sit by the water and exchange stories. In case anyone wants to know uncle Ted WHEN he wins will get published in the Smithsonian a hugh honor and so well deserved
Now there are 'eagle' pics that I see and then there are 'EAGLE' images that just stand out and you my good friend have one here! I must say that I love the coloring on this Eagle and think the pastels in the BG sky are a nice accent, a super fantastic comp and a very very natural looking coloring to the eagle with those powerful clenched talons
This one is a winner UT................
I hope to hear that you take the honors buddy, very impressive and congrats on the semi's!
