#1 Just a beautiful shot of a gorgeous girl. Print large !
#2 - I like the concept but think that you need more space right - she looks pretty cramped in there.
#3 - agree that the eyes look like they have been over-whitened and I'd PP out that dark patch top left. Her hands do look a little like they belong to someone else .. but I still really like this shot.

Everytime I think I have myself talked into getting verion II of that lens, I take a photo with the one I have wide open and cant imagine Im missing that much. I really like my copy.
Cool. I had V1 also but regretfully had to sell it to fund other gear. It was sharp sharp sharp at 200mm and likewise if I still had it I wouldn't be replacing it with V2. With that said however, if I do buy it again I'll likely get V2 as the general consensus seems to be that the copy to copy variation in sharpness at 200mm is less in the new version.
Thanks again for all of the kind words. It really does help to shoot such a beautiful young lady.
That said, I found out whats wrong with the whites of the eyes. I just recently started using the sharpen brush on the eyes. I just give it a quick rub and it seems to give a little pop. Well, it must also do a little contrast adjustment as I noticed earlier it whitening up the whites. I dont know how I missed that. Thanks guys for noticing. Now I will just be alot more selective when I use that tool.
I shoot natural light 99% of the time, and I guess this would still be considered natural light, but I am using a modifier. Im using a 6ft transparent panel between the sun and my model to give me a really large soft light in some cases. That or just using it as a really soft bounce when I shoot with the sun behind the model. I really like the results. Thanks for the comments.
