I really like the side lighting and the bendy diagonal river adds that extra little punch to the foreground. Excellent shot!

I wish there was a little more light to break up the massive shadow in the foreground but otherwise I enjoy this shot.

I have one more plan for the location, someday I'll get back.

Not to sound too much like Mark M. but as far as the dark shadows, I think you'll find on a nice calibrated monitor everything pops into place as it should be, especially if you click on the image to get the black background from FM.
