I had the chance to take Jillien out for a few photos the other night to test out a new location. For those of you concerned that I'm switching to the dark side, I present to you a little girl in a flower field! lol I have more of her picking flowers, etc that I may add later, but here are these for starters. I hope you enjoy the photos. I plan to take my own little girls out to this location this evening. Finding a field of flowers in our brown desert is like finding the needle in a haystack. I have my husband to thank for spotting this one for me.
1 Something about this one caught my eye - I think she looks like an angel here.
2 Jeremy should be proud of me. I used NO skin smoothing on these at all, and actually played up her freckles a bit.

Absolutely beautiful. Your choice to use Jillien in this setting was spot on. Colors are gorgeous as is Juillien. The only time we get colors like these on the East Coast is for a week or so with the fall foliage. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you guys - she's always fun to work with. I sure wish the golden hour lasted a little longer, but I'm happy with the images I got, and if this horrid wind dies down, I'll be doing part of tonight's family session in this location.
