I like it but her face looks a bit too bright to me. I might have gone for making it look like the flame was the key light source. Otherwise very nicely done as usual.
Thank you for your thoughts. I wanted her to look almost porcelain - vampire like. That is the reason behind the brightening of the face. I have a reason for every edit I apply - they are all very well thought out.

Lisa, I agree with the paleness of the skin for sure. It is just very bright. Could be my monitor, I am at work. Great shot and post. Thanks for sharing the before and after.
Thank you for posting the before and after. Your editing is very special. I like the tone modulation in the blacks and how you have put the tone distribution to create the image you have in your mind. Superb!! I am going to try to play with some of my images to create this mood.... tough because I don't have the skill
Both images are gorgeous, on the 1st, I do find the lightness of the upper right a ittle distracting. Instead of darkning or cloning that area try just lowering the crop from the top, just below the bright spot, creating more of a panaroma aspect ratio. The exposure , composition and processing is super not to mention the model. Again nicely done.

Great to see your before and after shots after looooong time. I seriously think you should start posting before and after more often as earlier.
About the shot, it's fine image as usual. I couldn't make my mind about right top corner. It does distract a bit from main subject, but at the same time makes it interesting (for me)

Thank you, Tony! Here's a before and after of the first image. Definitely a more heavy handed edit than what I normally do but I had a vision for how I wanted it to end up, and you've gotta do what you've gotta do.
Intriguing image! I like where you're going with it, but especially how you are exploring new areas of creativity. Your daughter is just stunning as a model. Reminds me of a Game of Thrones setting. Can't wait to see more.
I absolutely love your work, Lisa. I, too, would be interested in any information you would be willing to share on your post production. Your images always stand out with a magical look.
You sure are lucky to have such beautiful family members who are willing to do fun (and sometimes controversial) shots like this.
The art of this is beautiful, but I feel like this is borderlining not being photography anymore. There's a lot of post that went into this (at least, my definitionof "a lot"), and I'd moreso consider this digital art than photography, even though photography was the basis of all of this.
Either way, as usual, beautiful daughter, and I really love this concept, Lisa.
Thank you! You are right, this definitely borders on the digital art front. I used a Photographic base and then went to town in Photoshop. It was a lot of fun though.
