This is some of the variety of wild life I found In Viera Wetlands during my last visit, about two weeks ago.
Viera offers a lot of opportunities to shoot a great variety of wildlife. Always worth a visit.
These were taken mostly with a MkIV and a 500mm
C&C welcome.
Socrate
Excellent work Socrate, each one of these is very well presented, technically spot on and a joy to look. All of them are so easy to like and I do. The baby sandy is too precious, the raccoon even looks sweet and innocent! The gator wins for me with ironic smile while peaking around the tuft. I'm loving this set!!
A wonderful collection of photos Socrate. That is a really cool angle on that Limpkin looking up like that, and I log that Tri-colored with the fish. #9 really stand out too, I like the Raccoon in all that green. Very nicely done and it really shows off how great Viera can be.
Beautiful, Socrate, with a sense of immediacy and spontaneity that makes the viewer feel as though they were there. Looks like you've got a bit of a copycat pose thing going with the Limpkin and the Glossy Ibis!
Greg
P.S. Sadly, it looks like I have missed the window for a DI visit this season. Maybe the Fall...
