With -17(c) last night we are not quite done with winter. I am getting very impatient for the snow to melt. Hopefully next week I will be able to find some opportunities like these from the Spring of 2011.

Thanks Justin. I hear you on the fence but in this case I don't it. It definitely portrays overland flooding in my neck of the woods. I am afraid these kinds of photo opps will not happen this year. Most of the snow is gone and what is left is not enough, I think, to make scenes like this. Maybe in some areas. We'll see if I can find any!
