A side canyon I've been eyeing for years that I had wanted to shoot. Finally today I though "I'll just do it!" It's way off the beaten path (literally) so it helped to escape the spring break crowds.
This represents my favorite colors in a print, red/orange, white and blue. A bright image that does not need a spot light on it to see and yet not at all harsh. And gorgeous scene as well.
I am inspired to find more such scenes like this on my own. I have recently been pulling colorfull but darkish sunrise prints down in favor of these types.
Thanks guys!
The conditions turned out far better that I expected with the stormy clouds in the background. And a perfect day with spring temperatures.

Great photo. I feel like I am right there in the picture looking over the ledge.

Great colours. Could you have moved a little to the right to reduce the amount of that foreground ledge?
If I did you wouldn't be seeing the picture.
