Decided to pull the trigger at these prices, but no matter what I did, couldn't get web ordering to work right (it would give me the discounted price when I added the A7 to the cart, but when I logged in to checkout, the price reset to the full amount, and there was no way to change it; tried another computer - no go; even tried manually entering the 15111~ promotion code, and was told that "had already been used")
So I gave up and did it the old fashioned way, gave B&H a call; no problems, gave me the sale price, deal done in 5 minutes.
But I still don't know why I couldn't get it to work on line...
I am having the same issue. Using Fred's link above, it shows me the sale price in the shopping cart which goes away when I log in. Oh well, don't really need an A7 anyway.
Yes, it was today. When I read Fred's last post before mine, it was dated March 19, so I figured today was the "1 day only" (didn't notice the other post dates were the 18th - I wasn't trying to get away with anything!)
The sales rep DID put me on hold for a minute while he "checked pricing" - that makes more sense now, must have been getting an approval from someone since I was a day late
UPDATE: This is getting bizzare - I checked back on this thread to see if there were any new messages, and ALL the posts were dated 3/19; after I logged in to the forum, the earlier ones are dated 3/18, the latter 3/19 - presume that somehow different time servers are being utilized? Gremlins? Maybe I need a new computer. Whatever, I feel a little better now about getting the day wrong
