Hi!
First, the backstory I finished my PhD Thesis in physics last autumn, and my studying friends and research partners hired me a model and a makeup artist for a photoshoot of my choice So, I did some location scouting and tried to figure out what I would like to shoot and told my ideas to the modelling agency, which is a small company that specialises to fashion shows instead of photography. They were really excited about my concept and decided to give me additional model, an assistant and also arranged two gorgeous wedding dresses from one of the biggest designers in Finland (Jukka Rintala). I consider myself as a portrait photographer and doing this kind of shoot with a bigger crew was something I had never done. It was a really nice experience and I learned a lot
The location I found was a manor few clicks away from the city center of Jyväskylä called Kuokkalan Kartano. The place is an old maternity hospital which is renovated and used as an art gallery. The only thing that bothers me a bit in this project is that I did not show enough of these gorgeous surroundings in the photos I took.

If this physics thing doesn't work out for you, at least you have a backup plan. Actually, the backup plan looks pretty good to me <grin>. Beautiful woman, great setting and nicely posed and photographed. Great job.

Thanks for the encouraging feedback!
Photography is actually quite nice hobby for a physicist since you can do a lot of calculation with the depth of fields, lightning ratios, inverse square laws etc. if you want
film_4ever, you are right. The model in the 3rd picture is different.
This was Milja's first time posing for camera in this kind of shoot. She is a trainee in the agency and has been doing mostly catwalk modeling. Emma (the blonde) was more experienced in front of the camera. They both had a really good attitude and were great to work with
I also have some shots of both of them but I haven't processed them yet. I plan to do it later today and will post some later

digitiminimi, Thanks!
The first one is window light and a big white reflector for filling the shadows. The strobist info for the rest of the photos can be found from the captions in Flickr.
