What makes this image so striking to me are the complimentary colors. Orange and Blue. The white foam of the water subdues the two complimentary colors creating a very pleasing image. Too much color study in art school I suppose ...
This image could hang on any wall. (Maybe the horizon line could be tilted down to the left just a little?)
I noticed the horizon as well but while tilting it, the rocks on the right seem to lean inward . It's 17-40's infamous barrel distortion , which is difficult to fully correct I guess. I'll play with it though, before I print it.

I have to agree. Your exposure is bang on and love the light you captured. I like your view point but wished the camera was tilted down slightly more. This would get the horizon off center, crop a little off the top and have more of the foreground rocks in the image. That is just my opinion. It is a great image none-the-less. That light is to de for!
@ Scott - I had taken few shots at this location. Few actually had more of the foreground but somehow I liked this one more. May be due to the light, it was really something to die for.
