Magnificent images Tim! As someone else commented: Inspirational! I've never seen anything like that first shot in terms of the eyes, determination, claws extended, and perfect form of the feathers. And #2 is almost as if the bird posed for you - just perfect form.

I find #1 thrilling x10! That is wickedly impressive and I love the angle of attack and the great eye shot, a blip later and the eye membrane would have covered up your good color.
