Both are lovely. You might want to consider a couple of things on the first. Placing her right hand on her left shoulder places it very near her face. I competes with the face because of its size, almost as big as her face and also its brightness, it is lighter than her face. You might want to try a little less head tilt. Also, I'm not sure how you would do it with this pose, but as a general rule, no joints should be "locked" and straight, like her left elbow. Knees, elbows, wrists, etc. look better when bent slightly.
