Twenty thirteen was a particularly good year for cats and so to end the year I have a retrospective. Who knows what 2014 will bring. I wish each and every one of you and your families the Happiest and Healthiest of New Years. May 2014 bring only good things but if not, the strength to deal with the adversities that come our way.
I'm intentionally not numbering them...hope you enjoy the whole series for what it is meant to be. Next year will bring new spots, cheetahs, leopards and who knows what else I have up my sleeve HAPPY NEW YEAR to one an all!
I don't believe I've ever commented on one of your posts...just always sat back in amazement and admiration of your talent that I've seen over the years that I've been on FM!
Happy New Year, and I look forward to more of your kitties in 2014.
Hi Eric, a fantastic huge set!!!!
All beauties BUT my favorite is the last one and amazing it's your special beloved Olive!
This proves she indeed was THE beauty Princess of the Land!!!
Thanks for all your work to post them all, I know you put time into your thread
Happy happy New Year!!

P.S. Did you hang that last picture on your wall?
I'm seeing spots!!! I need an eye specialist; a real good optometrist!!!!!!!
It took me longer to load all these shots than most movies!!
You forgot the snow leopards! Maybe next year.
And the tigers....but they have stripes.
That's almost as many digs as cats.
Seriously though, I enjoy your posts and your humour and I appreciate your comments on my work. I do hope 2014 brings spots, stripes, solids and feathers.
One day we may even shoot together. Don

Hi Eric and Don!!
Just wanted to say spending this past FULL year with my N&W photofriends has been so FUN!!
It's fun comments like this makes its so fun
Don you were really clever in your reply, as I smile I will give you a
I also hope to be able to shoot with Eric next Novembers Eagle season
Very nice series, Eric. It's interesting to see the jaguars and leopards in the same set of images. I especially like the shots of the animals on the move, showing off their articulation and musculature. What prompted the jaguar snarl? I don't want to open up the whole baiting debate again, but if the panthers and leopards are looking at you like they are planning an ambush of their next meal, does that count?

Thanks for sharing this super duper awesome set. You have my vote for thread of the week. Have a Happy New Year and maybe I can convince you to take me to the Pantanal in 2015 to show off your pet jags
No need for numbering these Eric, they are all fantastic and there's no way I could pick any favourites.
Thanks for all your support and encouragement in 2013, and thanks for posting such awesome kick-ass images that make me ultra-envious.
All the very best for 2014.
David
Eric, your cat's collection is getting more and more beautiful. I wish I can photograph just one and I feel really happy already. Can't wait for 2014 to see more cats from you. Happy New Year, Eric.
As much as I would love to visit these places someday, I probably never will.
Thanks for bringing these incredible cats into my den for my viewing pleasure, I always enjoy seeing your beautiful work.
All the best to you and your loved ones in 2014.
